It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Amy Marie Doughty, 42, on April 15, 2025. She is survived by her loving father, Charles Doughty and significant other, Robert Russel.
Amy was preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles J. Doughty; grandmother, Rose Marie Doughty; uncles, Bruce and Brian Doughty; and her beloved Border Collie, Mallory.
Amy was known for her vibrant and creative spirit. Many would recognize her from her work as a server at local restaurants, including Pasta Too and Bravo. Her artistic talents were boundless. She loved painting, drawing, experimenting with watercolors, and engaging in a variety of crafts. During the Halloween season, her favorite time of the year, this creativity meant dressing up in imaginative costumes and many expertly carved pumpkins.
Amy cherished weekends spent at county fairs, where she eagerly anticipated the excitement of tractor pulls and delighted in seeing the animals, especially the cows.
Amy's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
