Peacefully and surrounded by her family on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, Angelina, age 91, formerly of Oakland, was called to her heavenly home. She was a dedicated front desk receptionist at Magee Hospital. Angelina loved to cook for her family and the community; she was especially known for her spaghetti and meatballs. She is survived by her loving sons, Daniel (Janet), Nicola (Kim), Andrew (Terry), Joseph (Judy), and Carmen; cherished grandmother of Bianca (Joseph) Sassin, Anthony, Brittany, Austin, and Joseph Carmine; cherished great-grandmother of Francesca Sassin, Elaina Sassin, Marie Waters, Julia Waters, and Ian; loving companion of Stan Choitner; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Angelina will be greatly missed and remain in the hearts of all who loved her. Family and friends are welcomed at the JOHN N. ELACHKO FUNERAL HOME, 3447 Dawson St., Pittsburgh, PA 15213, Thursday, May 7, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Rosalia Church-St. Paul Cathedral Parish, 411 Greenfield Ave., 15207, Pittsburgh, PA.
