ANNA E. (MAGGI)

Anna E. (Maggi) Spezialetti, age 98, of McKees Rocks, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2026. Beloved wife of 33 years to the late Richard Spezialetti. Loving mother of Jeanette (the late Tom) Stromp, Rosanne (Andy) Welcher, and Elaine Wahl; cherished grandmother of Richard (Hillary) and Stephen (Kelly Ross) Stromp, Anthony Welcher, Aidan Welcher, and Erika (Sam) O'Donnell; great-grandmother of Hayley, Aaron, Luca, Stella, James, and Adalynn; sister of the late Luke Maggi, Esther Bolea, Florence Maggi, Samuel Maggi, and Nancy Calhoon.

She was a Devout Catholic, a member of the former St. Malachy Parish and the Christian Mothers. Pioneering in spirit, she entered the workforce at a time when few women did. Known for her independence, sense of humor, and numerous friendships, Anna was a graduate of McKees Rocks High School and a skilled beautician. She found joy in traveling, taking cruises, cooking, and supporting the Pittsburgh Pirates, Pitt Football, and Pitt Basketball.

Family and friends received Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 4-8 PM at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, 334 Forest Grove Road, Coraopolis (Kennedy Township), PA 15108. Funeral prayer Friday at 9:30 AM at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Archangel Gabriel Parish, St. Malachy Church, Kennedy Township. Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Moon Township.
