ANNE E. "COOKIE"

Age 79, of White Oak, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026. Born in McKeesport on September 16, 1946, she was the daughter of the late William and Jean (Matyko) Petruski. She was a former payroll clerk and bookkeeper, a former member of Christ the Light of the World Parish-Holy Name Church, a member of GFWC Women's Club of Duquesne and the McKeesport Flower Club. She loved her cats, especially "Sonny," and she enjoyed collecting dolls.

She was the wife of the late Robert Radakovich, who died on January 12, 2009. She is survived by her significant other, Dennis Carr; and family friends, DJ (Tracy) Carr, Jenn (Eric) Allen, and Denise (Chuck) Swenglish. She is also survived by her uncle, Ralph Sita of Dunkirk, MD; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 4-8 p.m., at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, PA 15110, 412-466-3300, William B. Schleifer, Supervisor, William Brian Schleifer and Allan J. Weber, funeral directors. A Blessing Service will take place at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 12:00 Noon, with Rev. Thomas Lewandowski, officiating. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park.
