Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, Barb McCormick, passed away at 90 years old on March 7, 2025, after living a long and fulfilling life. She has joined her late husband, Lee McCormick and will be lovingly remembered by her children: James, Karen, Lee ( Amy) and Michelle; grandchildren: Ryan, Mallory, Leah, Lee, Xenia, David, Katie and Kelly; great-grandchildren: Tessa, August and Hallie; siblings Cathy Baily (James) and Richard Morris (Susan.)

Barb McCormick was born in Monongahela, PA and graduated from Monongahela High School. She met her late husband at Washington and Jefferson College and they were together for 71 years. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and great-grandmother. She assisted her husband in running his medical practice and caring for their home before being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.

In her spare time, she celebrated her family, traveled and attended most of the University of Pittsburgh football and basketball games. She enjoyed shopping, movies, sunbathing, reading and knitting. She was a sassy, honest and loveable woman and her memory will live on through her surviving family.

SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday morning, March 14, 2025 from 10:00 -12:00 p.m. Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel at the funeral home.
