BERNADINE M.

Age 75, of Gibsonia, PA, died peacefully on December 18, 2025. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, on December 4, 1950, daughter of the late Edward Srocki and Mary Udit Srocki. Beloved sister of Karen McIntyre (Charles) and the late Mary Doolittle (Larry). Dear aunt of Shannon Howard and Andrew McIntyre (Shannon). Great-aunt of Madison and Caitlin Howard and James McIntyre.

Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial, on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., in St. Richard Church, Sts. Martha and Mary Parish, 3841 Dickey Road, Gibsonia, PA. Interment will follow in Holy Savior Catholic Cemetery.

Bernadine was raised in the Polish Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh and was a graduate of St. Paul Cathedral High School in Oakland. She went on to study at University of Pittsburgh, ultimately earning a doctorate in education. She taught English at St. Paul Cathedral, the Gifted Center, and Taylor-Alderdice High School. Bernie was a principal All Saints School in Etna. Her hobbies included studying and recording her family's ancestry, and enjoying art, especially drawing clowns. Bernie also was a proud self-published author of a children's book titled "Robin Squirrel."
