Bruno Tambellini, at the age of 99-just two months shy of 100-of South Hills, PA, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Bruno was a proud husband to the late Joanne Tambellini and an influential father, survived by his children, Ronald (Mary), Daniel (Lynn), Mark (Susan), Lynn (Donald); 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Bruno was a proud Italian immigrant born in Lucca, Italy, migrating to the United States at 16. He built a strong family and legacy of quality food through his frozen food business and two successful restaurants. Families and friends frequented the Tambellini establishments for comfort in his signature sauce, seafood, veal dishes, fried zucchini and wedding soup. Bruno's curiosity, constant thirst for knowledge, love of language, infectious laugh and unapologetically fearless attitude continued through his final days. Bruno demanded the best from himself and those around him. His family will celebrate his life privately, knowing he is greeted by his loving wife in heaven. Arrangements by BEINHAUERS. 724 941-3211.
