CATHERINE "CASSIE"
Born July 11, 1942, she passed away suddenly on March 9, 2026, in Florida, while on vacation, surrounded by her loving family.
Cassie was the cherished daughter of the late George Henry Evans, Sr. and Ellen Elizabeth Byrnes. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Frank; and her brother, George.
A loving and dedicated mother, Cassie is survived by her children, Dana (Murphy), Lori (Louie), and Frank (Megan). She was a proud and adoring grandmother to Thomas (Gianna), Kenneth (Michelle), Daniel (Kailey), Kevin, Sean, Alaina, Frank, and Mia; and a treasured great-grandmother to eight great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews.
Cassie will be remembered for her warm heart, gentle spirit, and the kindness she showed to everyone she met. Her loving nature and beautiful smile touched countless lives and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of Cassie's life will be held at a later date.
