CECILIA A. "CIL"

Cecilia A. "Cil" Salomone, age 84, of Mars, passed away on Saturday morning, January 31, 2026, in the comfort of her home with her husband at her side.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on June 11, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Flora T. Sylvester Greco.

Cil was retired from Industrial Appraisal Company in Pittsburgh, where she had worked for over 50 years.

She was a member of St. Mark the Evangelist Parish at St. Kilian Church in Cranberry Twp.

Surviving are her husband, Olivio "Sal" Salomone, who she married on October 31, 1970, by a sister, Loretta Stancampiano of Upper St. Clair, a brother, James Greco (Francie) of Monroeville, nieces and nephews and many close friends.

Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Kilian Church, 7076 Franklin Rd., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066. Please meet at the church. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum at Holy Savior Cemetery in Richland Twp. Memorials may be made to the Capitol Campaign at St. Mark the Evangelist Parish, 7076 Franklin Rd., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066.
