AARON CHERYL A.

46, of Imperial, PA, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012 in Pittsburgh, PA. Born June 2, 1965, she was the daughter of Robert T. "Terry" and Gladine E. (Myers) Botzer. On October 22, 2011, Cheryl married Lonnie R. Aaron, he survives. Cheryl was a 1983 graduate of Clarion Limestone High School. For many years, she did clerical work for Cambria County and most recently was employed by The Rivers Casino in the Human Resources Department. Cheryl loved riding her motorcycle and looked forward to the Annual CL Alumni Ride. She and Lonnie bowled with the Fisher-Scientific Bowling League. She also enjoyed crocheting, reading, music, singing, running 5K's and loved to cheer for the Pittsburgh sports teams. Cheryl dearly loved her sons, family, friends and those she baby-sat for. Surviving are her husband, Lonnie R. Aaron of Imperial, PA; two sons, Matthew W. Hetrick of Clarion and Jeremy A. Hetrick of Imperial; her mother Gladine E. Botzer of Limestone; three sisters, Rhonda R. Murvine of Clarion, Rita R. Logue and husband, Loren of Parker, Cindy J. Switzer and husband, Wade of Strattanville; Cheryl is also survived by her in-laws, Craig and Mary McMahan, Paul and Tina Aaron; brothers-in-law, Paul Aaron and wife, Susan and Steve Aaron; sisters-in-law, Marcia Willison and husband, John and Shawna Wilson; many nieces and nephews and Mugsley, her beloved dog. Cheryl was preceded in death by her grandparents and father, Robert T. "Terry" Botzer. Cheryl's families would like everyone to know how much Cheryl appreciated all of the thoughts, prayers, love and support given to her and her families during her illness. Your kindness will always be cherished. Friends of Cheryl A. Aaron will be received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the VARNER FUNERAL HOME, 1632 Bald Eagle Street, Sligo, PA 16255. Friends will also be received 12-2 p.m. Sunday and Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Julie Applegate, Pastor Strattanville United Methodist Church Officiating. Burial will be private. Cheryl's family suggests memorial contributions be made to The GPD (Gastroparesis and Dysmotility) Foundation, 4351 East Mineral Road, Phoenix, AZ 85044.
