HARROD

CHRISTINE

Christine was kind and loving despite facing adversity throughout her life.

After her first year of college at W&J, she was in a horrible accident, and in a coma for 6 weeks. After recovering, she relearned everything and persevered: went back to college part time, worked a number of jobs looking for the best fit, landing at Kuhn's. She was active in her church, loved to sing in the choir. She will be remembered for her bright smile, infectious laugh, and love for family.

Predeceased by her parents James W. and Sandra Harrod, brothers James C. Harrod and Donald Harrod, Aunt Jaunita Burdette, and best friend Tim Grantz.

Survived by her sister and brother-in-law Jeannine and Ed Brinkley, nieces Kalla Brinkley, Amanda (Chad) Perry, Stephanie Harrod, Hannah Brinkley (Hampton Smith), Morgan Harrod (David Kellmel), nephews Jason Foltz and Tanner Cooper, sister-in-law Maureen Harrod, Aunt Judith Yothers, cousin Susan Swanson, great niece Mara Perry, and soon to be born Penelope Christine and Archie James.

Also survived by lifelong friends Marian Haynes and Tina Francus. Thanks to the dedicated staff in the PACU at Paramount Senior Living who cared for her with kindness and dignity for the last six years.
