CYRIL "CY"
Age 86, of West Mifflin, passed away peacefully, on September 12, 2025.
Cy was the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Koto) Zapf. Cy was preceded in death by his loving wife, Suzanne (Melicherik); and sons, Eric and Jeffrey. He is survived by his children, Christopher, Sheri (Micky) Jellison; and his loving grandchildren, Natalie and Austin Jellison. Cy is also survived by siblings: sister, Audrey Brusina; and brothers, Len (Patti), Jerry (Mary Ann) and Wesley (Janeen); and sister-in-law, Doris Sweeney.
Cy was a lifelong resident of West Mifflin and a retired mail carrier and Army veteran.
In his retirement years, his hobbies included enjoying the outdoors gardening and also feeding birds and deer. He also enjoyed following the Pittsburgh sports teams.
There will be no visitation or services, per his request. Arrangements have been entrusted to the GEORGE IRVIN GREEN FUNERAL HOME INC., in Munhall.
