DARLENE MILDRED

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Darlene Mildred Jolley, 89, of Jefferson Hills, on March 9, 2025.

Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Mildred Dranko; and siblings, Wilfred Montgomery and Violet Ziak.

Darlene is survived by her beloved spouse of 70 years, Russell Jolley; children, Cheryl DiNofrio (Carmen), Denise Bennett, Sandra Yohe (Mark), Edward Jolley (Cecelia), Carol Long and Gregory Jolley; grandkids, Teresa Costa (Jim), Carrie Ely (Chris), Scott Liles (Kerrie), Kayleigh Long, Mark Yohe, Jr., Cassidy Bolyard (Drew), Ashley Wehrle (Zach) and Addison Jolley; as well as ten great-grandkids and four great-great-grandkids; siblings, Dolores Nartowitz, John Dranko, Patty McCormick and Dave Dranko; and several nieces and nephews.

Darlene was born in Lock 3 Elizabeth, PA to parents Louis and Mildred Dranko. She married Russell "Ed" Jolley on March 15, 1955. They were ready to celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary. Over the years they expanded into a beautiful loving family of children, grandkids, great, and great-great-grandkids. Family was everything to Darlene, she had so much love for her grandkids.

She had a successful career working for the West Jefferson Hills School District in the school cafeteria and later as the manager of food service for the district. She was a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Clairton Chapter #316. In her free time, Darlene enjoyed dancing, golf, camping and traveling. She also liked to play at the casino and was very lucky.

Darlene will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Services are private and have been entrusted to JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME.
