Age 93, on Monday, July 27, 2026, of Overbrook.

Beloved husband of the late Mary Therese (Waters) Steinert; loving father of Donald (Lori) Steinert, Mary Catherine (Moose) Klee, Kelly (Dr. John) Campbell, Kimberly (Wally) Kuchta, and Gregory (Shelly) Steinert; devoted Bup of Marc (Nicole), Patrick, Gregory, Jr., Brian (Jamie), Nicholas, Ashley, Aaron, Reagan, and Izzy; great-grandfather of Rileigh and Marc; brother of Deborah Steinert, the late Donald, the late Dennis, and his twin, the late Deryl "Little" (Betty) Steinert; son of the late John Charles Steinert and the late Martha Jane (Ruhl) Steinert. Also survived by nieces and nephews; and will be missed by his faithful companion, Bindi. Big was a member of the Clairton Sportsmen's Club and proudly served his country during the Korean War as a corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Friends will be received at the JOHN F.
