Age 50, of Franklin Park, passed on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Dear son of Holland and Susan (Daniell) Donaldson.

Also survived by his children, James David and Sara Beth Donaldson; their mother, Laura Hendricks; brother, Hunter (Kristin) Donaldson; girlfriend, Samantha Katona; nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at SCHELLHAAS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1600 Stone Mansion Dr., Franklin Park. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, at 10 a.m., at Sewickley Presbyterian church.

David leaves behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and unwavering dedication to those he loved. For over 25 years, David built a successful career in Steel and Industrial Sales, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike for his work ethic and integrity. Outside of work, his greatest joy came from supporting his children's athletic endeavors -- rarely missing a game and always cheering the loudest from the sidelines. A passionate sports fan, David was devoted to NA Football and the Pittsburgh Steelers. As a longtime member of Allegheny Country Club, he found happiness on the golf course and paddle tennis courts, often with a Bud Light or frozen margarita in hand. He also had a deep love for movies, live music, and time spent with friends and family. David's humor, generous spirit, and ability to make others feel welcome will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his name to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
