David R. Gretz, age 67, of Stuart, FL, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 25, 2026. David was born in Pittsburgh to the late Walter and Mary Margaret Gretz; dear brother of Janet Marie (Greg) Springer and Fr. James R. Gretz; uncle of Daniel (Amanda) Springer, Kevin (Allison) Springer, Michelle (TJ) Reilly, Jeffrey (Rosemary) Springer and their children; he was also preceded in death by two infant brothers. Friends will be received on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the BOCK FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Matthew Parish, St. Bonaventure Church, Glenshaw, on Friday at 10:00 AM. A livestream of the mass will be available. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
