Debbie (Dew) Popivchak, age 71, of Carnegie, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Loving wife of Ted Popivchak. Devoted mother of Jason (Heather) Popivchak, Julie Weil and Jaimee (Justin) Popivchak. Proud grandmother of Sofia, Jackson, Palmer, Raylan, Colson, Blake, Mason and Emyrson. Daughter of the late Paul and Carmella Dew, Sister of Larry (Carol) Dew. Aunt of Victoria, Stephanie, Dylan, Dante, Destiny and Aiden. She is also survived by six great-nieces and nephews. She shared a deep and lasting bond with her husband, Ted, and found great joy in spending time together -- especially on their many adventures and road trips. Debbie truly lived for her grandchildren, cherishing every moment with them and creating memories that will live on in their hearts forever. Debbie was known for her incredible strength and unwavering spirit. She fought harder than anyone, always stayed positive, and faced life's challenges with quiet resilience and grace. She loved deeply and fully, and that love was felt by everyone who knew her. Her presence brought comfort, warmth, and strength to her family. She will be deeply missed, but the love she gave so freely will continue to surround them always. Family and friends are being received on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the LEO J. HENNEY FUNERAL HOME, 323 Second Avenue, Carnegie, where a Blessing Service will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 10 a.m.
