Age 69, of Upper St. Clair, on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Beloved wife of William J. "Bill" Hoffman; loving mother of Heather (James) Geisler and Justin (Stephanie) Machi; cherished grandmother of Finn and Madison Geisler and the late Noah Machi; dear sister of Kenneth (Victoria) Sroka; adored aunt of Katie Sroka and Stephen (Shelby) Sroka. Daughter of the late Paul F. Sroka and Martha (Pilatowski) Sroka. Prior to her retirement, Deborah was the Director of Fundraising for Jefferson Hospital. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Family and friends welcome at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, 724 941-3211, on Tuesday, 2-4 and 6-8p.m. A blessing service will be held Wednesday, at 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home.
