Age 73, of Fox Chapel, formerly of Lawrenceville, on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Beloved daughter of the late Peter and Nellie (Wegrzynek) Lewkowicz; loving sister of Paula (the late C. Talbott Hiteshew) Laurenson Hiteshew, Robert (Doreen) Lewkowicz, Michael (Lynn) Lewkowicz and the late Thomas (Loretta) Lewkowicz; also survived by ten nieces and nephews. Denise was a loving caregiver for her parents and uncle. She was dedicated and excelled in her career as Director of Anesthesiology for Children's Hospital. She was compassionate and generous to everyone that she met. Family and friends are welcomed at the WALTER J.
