Age 73, of Indiana Twp., on Friday, January 2, 2026. Mr. Fix was the beloved husband of Kathleen "Kathy" Ciorra Fix; father of Amy Fix, Jeffrey Fix, Bryan Fix (Jacquie); brother of Ethel Nelen (James), Ann Veschi (Tony), Robert Fix (Karen), Dan Fix, Chris Fix (Ronnie), late Louis Fix, David Fix; grandfather of Logan, Andrew, Peighton, Jaxon, Raegan. Douglas was also survived by many nieces and nephews. Celebrate Mr. Fix's life with his family on Friday, from 10 - 11:30 A.M., at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd., where services will be held at 11:30 A.M.
