Loving wife of the late George G. Smith; mother of Shelley Maloy (Michael) of New Bern, NC, and Todd Smith (Dawn) of Beaver, PA

Grandmother of Leah McGee (David) of Beaver Falls, PA, Austin Smith (Ashley) of Beaver, PA, Ian Maloy of Coatesville, PA, and Elaine Kinney (Jerod) of South Portland, ME.

Great-grandmother of Gavin McGee, Joel McGee, Emaline McGee, Levi Smith, Casey Smith, and Camilla Smith.

Sister of the late Dr. Paul Lynch (Judy) of Linwood, MD, the late Bruce Lynch (Joyce) of Sarasota, FL, and Marcia Fallon of Branford, CT.

Ellie was a teacher at St. David's Episcopal Nursery School for 23 years. She was a former board member of Prime Time at Christ United Methodist Church and a former member of the Women's Golf Association at St. Clair Country Club and the Quail Ridge Country Club in Boynton Beach, FL.

There will be no visitation hours. A memorial service will be held for family and friends at Friendship Village of South Hills on April 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association, Wounded Warriors, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or The Salvation Army.
