Elizabeth "Betty" Lucille (Kane) Kulikowski, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2025, at the age of 90. She is survived by her loving husband, Henry "Hank" Kulikowski. She was a resident of Bethel Park, PA.
Betty was born on June 7, 1935, in Carbondale, PA to the late Raymond Kane and Mable Kane (Spencer). She was the second eldest of seven children, and is survived by two sisters, Linda Smith and Susan Wilson and preceded in death by three sisters (Phyllis Riley, Delores Walters and Shirley Meckes) and a brother (Gary Kane).
Betty first dated the love of her life, "Hank", on New Years' Eve 1950, and they were married on August 28, 1954, in Rock Lake, PA. Together, they shared over 71 years of marriage, building a life centered on family, faith, community and adventure.
Betty had a thirst for knowledge, a love for her family and a devotion to community service. Throughout her life, she sought continuing education in various disciplines. She was a volunteer for many years with the St. Louise de Marillac Ladies' Guild. She was a proud member of the Red Hat Society.
Betty's interests were many. Among them included golf, sewing, bridge, crocheting, line dancing and cooking. She and her husband traveled extensively throughout the world.
Above all, Betty cherished her family. Her legacy lives on through her children: Mark (Ruth) Kulikowski and Laura Pantone. She was a devoted grandmother to four grandchildren, Samantha (Joshua) Cable, Michael (Savannah) Kulikowski, Alexandra (Ryan) Trivus, Rebecca Pantone and a proud great-grandmother to Aaron, Victoria, and Charlotte Cable, all of whom brought immense joy throughout her life.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 3 PM to 7 PM at BEINHAUER FUNERAL HOME, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317.
A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church at 10:30 AM at 3020 McMurray Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241.
Immediately following the service, Elizabeth will be laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 2900 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in honor of Elizabeth to the Alzheimer's Association or the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
