ELIZABETH PATRICIA "PATTIE"

On March 9, 2025, Elizabeth Patricia "Pattie" Posch-Morrison, 66, of McCandless Township, beloved wife and childhood sweetheart of 51 years to Dennis Morrison, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family.

Elizabeth is also survived by her loving daughter, Victoria; and her sister, Julie (Chuck) Kuchta. She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Andrews; and her father, John A. Posch.

She grew up on the North Side of Pittsburgh and graduated from Allegheny High School in 1976.

She lived an exciting and eventful life. She enjoyed traveling to interesting Caribbean destinations, and exploring small towns near home. But Pittsburgh always remained special in her heart.

She adored her job as manager of the Xplor Store at the Carnegie Science Center. Her dedication to her job, her warm interactions with visitors, and her love for science made her a beloved figure in the community. She was known for her positive energy, strong work ethic, and the kindness she showed to everyone she met.

Friends received Thursday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. at SIMONS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 7720 Perry Highway. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, 11 a.m., at Calvary United Methodist Church, 971 Beech Ave., North Side.
