ERIN MORRELL

On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, Erin Morrell McCartney, age 47, of Perryopolis, passed away after a long battle with breast cancer. Beloved daughter of Keith and Patricia (Jackson) Morrell; loving wife of Gregory McCartney; treasured mother of Karley McCartney; and "bonus mom" of Brittany (Jackson) Brown, Bradley (Sierra) McCartney, Sierra McCartney, and Dakota (Emily) Lilley; cherished grandma of Silas Brown, Maisie Brown, and Paisley McCartney; sister of Jessica and Amanda Morrell; also survived by many loving cousins and devoted lifelong friends. Erin was a doting mother and wife who adored spending time with her family, especially watching NASCAR, patronizing every local brewery, yearly trips to Boots on the Beach in Cabo, and one last visit to Disneyland.

Friends received Friday, December 5, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the GRIFFITH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5636 Brownsville Road (at 6th St.), South Park Twp., 412-655-4600, where a service will be held at 1 p.m.
