EVELYN MARSTELLER
Age 88, of Brookline, formerly of Baldwin, peacefully embarked on her next adventure on April 16, 2021. Evelyn is survived by her children, Edward Marsteller of Pittsburgh, Susan Marsteller of Casper, Wyoming and Richard (Susan) Marsteller of Indianapolis, Indiana; siblings, Ruth (George) Irwin and Robert (Wendy) Olson; grandchildren, Leslie (Anthony) Nardi, Robert McMillen, Jill (Brendan Reed) Marsteller and Carrie Marsteller; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Frida Olson; sisters, Kjirsten Snyder and Eleanor Esselman. Evelyn worked for many years at the Hilton in downtown Pittsburgh where she worked her way up to becoming a manager. In her spare time she loved to cook, bake and send her creations to all of her children. Flower gardening was also a favorite of hers. Writing down recipes from the food network and watching Pittsburgh sports were also an enjoyment. In her younger years, she enjoyed traveling the US to see family and friends.
