Age 94, on Sunday, March 9, 2025, of Swissvale. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Giordano; loving mother of John Giordano and Mary Beth Bawden; dear grandmother of Brad (Michelle), Benjamin (Kelly) and Breanna Alexander (Chris); great-grandmother of Mitchell and Lillian. Florence was a life-long member of Madonna del Castello Church, and member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Swissvale V.F.W. She enjoyed bowling, leading Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops and she retired from the Children's Institute of Pittsburgh. Friends received Thursday 2-8 p.m. at the THOMAS L. NIED FUNERAL HOME, INC., 7441 Washington Street, Swissvale. Mass of Christian Burial in Madonna del Castello Roman Catholic Church on Friday at 11 a.m.
