Frank A. Lowe passed away on December 25, 2025, after a short illness. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 20, 1930. He is survived by his wife Ruth S. Stocklin Lowe, for the past 46 years, and by his fraternal twin brother Arthur E. Lowe, Jr. Frank was preceded in death by his parents Arthur E. Lowe and Mary Haage Lowe. Frank worked at United States Steel Corporation for 48 years and he enjoyed his years there. As Frank wanted, there will be no viewing or visitation. Burial will be private.
