With great sadness, we announce that Frank L. Holtz, retired police chief, professional wrestler, proud Army veteran, husband and father, died on May 22, 2025, at the Southwestern Veterans Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was 85. is survived by his sons, Frank Holtz (and wife Rita Sartori) of Leesburg, Virginia, Kirk Holtz and John Holtz of Carnegie; his sister, Rosemary Wood of Cameron West Virginia; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
