Fred M. Stock, Jr. passed away peacefully, Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the age of 94 (forever 39), surrounded by the love of his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Mary Ellen; and by his children: Tom (Michele) Stock, Laura (Dave) White, Mickey (Carol) Stock, Doug Kocott, Joe (Sue) Kocott, Pam (Brady) Corcoran and Michelle (Roy) Olsavsky. He also leaves behind many grandchildren and great‑grandchildren who brought him immense joy.

Fred was preceded in death by his son, Jeff (surviving, Judy) Stock; and his daughter, Judy (surviving, Tim) Williamson. Their memories remained close to his heart.

He cherished time spent with friends and family, especially at camp and on the golf course. Among his proudest accomplishments was celebrating 54 years of sobriety — a testament to his strength and the example he set for others. He also enjoyed helping others as a State Farm agent for 55 years. He will be remembered with deep love, gratitude, and admiration by all who knew him.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m., at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 11 a.m., at St. Irenaeus Catholic Church of Holy Family Parish. Interment will follow at Plum Creek Cemetery.
