Pittsburgh - It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Georgia A. McLean, who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on February 28, 1943, Georgia was the daughter of George and Ethel Glock.
Georgia attended Carrick High School, before embarking on a journey that would take her across the country. Throughout her travels, she gained a wealth of experiences and cherished memories. Upon returning to Pittsburgh, she took pride in her role as an attendant at GetGo, where she formed lasting relationships with her regular customers, delighting in the connections she made within her community.
A true animal lover, Georgia had a particular fondness for cats. She opened her home to provide care and shelter for those in need.
Georgia is survived by her nephews, Joshua (Michelle) Stonemark and Ray (Raegan) Stonemark; great-nieces and nephews, Brianna, Callie, Alexander, Ellise, Reid and Maddox; as well as her caring neighbors, the Grimm Family and the Carney Family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; as well as her sister, Patricia Stonemark.
Private services will be held.
