GIUSEPPE "JOE"

Age 85, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away July 22, 2025. A beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Joe will always be remembered for his dedication to family, always putting their needs above his own.

He was born on April 27, 1940, in Siderno Marina, Italy. Joe grew up the son of Cosimo and Immaculata Piscioneri. He was brother to six sisters and five brothers. On November 14, 1964, Joe married Dolores Marano; they recently celebrated 60 years of marriage. Joe is survived by his wife, Dolores; two daughters, Lisa (Eric) Hess, Dina Piscioneri Collins; his grandchildren, Alexandra (Neal) McQuaid, AJ Collins, Anthony Collins; and two great-grandchildren, James and Simon McQuaid; brother, Tony (Mary) Piscioneri; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will be received at WILLIAM F. GROSS FUNERAL HOME LTD., 11735 Frankstown Rd. (at Rodi Rd.), Penn Hills, on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 1-3 and 4-7 p.m. Funeral Prayers will be held at the funeral home, on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish St. Susanna Church, 200 Stotler Rd., Pittsburgh, PA, 15235, at 10 a.m.
