On June 2, 2025, in her 95th year, a resident of Longwood at Oakmont and formerly of Stanton Heights, a graduate of Carlow University, Helen was an electric microscopist at Mellon Institute, Calgon and PPG Industries. A long time Sunday School teacher, Helen was also a lector at St. Mary Assumption, St. Matthew, and St. Raphael Churches, along with serving as a Lady of Charity at St. Jude Parish. She was the daughter of the late Rosalia and John C. Golob. She was survived by her sister Marian Golob; goddaughter of Catherine Walters; cousin of Jeanne and Richard Berdik.



Celebrate Ms. Golob's life with her family on Thursday, from 2-7 PM, at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. Funeral Mass at St. Jude Parish, St. Raphael Church on Friday, at 10 AM. The family respectfully suggests donations be made to St. Jude Parish, 310 Shady Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
