Herbert Eugene Ilgenfritz, 84, of Plum, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026. He was born on August 12, 1941, in Wilkinsburg, PA, to the late Charles and Marguerite (Coleman) Ilgenfritz. Herbert is survived by his beloved spouse of 64 years, Margaret (Kelley) Ilgenfritz; son, Ken Ilgenfritz; sister, Dianne Brudney; two grandsons, Kevin Michael Ilgenfritz and Kyle Benjamin Ilgenfritz; four granddaughters, Hannah, Sophia, Isabella, and Sarah-Olivia; two great-grandsons, Colton and Chase; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Charles Ilgenfritz and Sharan Hughes; and granddaughter, Ava. A private burial will be held at Plum Creek Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC., 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747).
