JAMES A. NAGY, SR. Obituary

NAGY, SR.

JAMES A.

Age 66, of Brookline, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

Jim was a fighter, who battled through a lifetime of physical hardship, including a childhood diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes. Despite enduring many conditions throughout his years, he was passionate about the outdoors, classic cars, and keeping the fire in his wood stove burning brightly. Above all, Jim would say his love and trust in God and love and devotion to his family helped him persevere through difficulties.

Jim was the beloved partner of 30 years to Christian "Chrissy" Jester; loving dad of Jim Nagy, Jr., Chelsea Nagy, and Joseph Nagy; dear son of late John and Dolores (Walczy) Nagy; caring brother of Rosemarie Nagy, John (Jan) Nagy, Michael Nagy, and the late Robert (Jennifer, surviving) Nagy and William Nagy; son-in-law of Joanne Jester and Ronald (Mary Sue) Jester; brother-in-law of the late Jason Jester; uncle of Lauren and Kelly Nagy, Tanecia and Jamie Nagy, and Madalyn, Cole and Claudia Jester.

Jim was a source of inspiration and will be dearly missed.
