JANE

Age 96, of Bakerstown, PA, passed away on May 15, 2026. She was at The Villages of Harmar in Cheswick, surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ossie, and her granddaughter, Kimberly Young. She is survived by her daughters, Jana Bracco (Larry), Leanne Jack (Steve), Laura Thompson (Robert); and sons, Greg (Dolores) and David (Roseanne). She was also a devoted grandmother to nine and a great-grandmother to 20.

Jane found her greatest happiness in being a full-time mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her faith was an important part of her life.

She was a long-time member of Our Lady of the Lakes Parish (St. Victor's), in Bairdford, PA. She worked the fish fries and was a member of the Young and the Restless.

Jane also enjoyed her card club for more than 50-plus years. She was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and also loved the NBA and watching tennis. She loved her Tarentum, PA town and always joked it was the capital of the U.S.A. She so enjoyed her backyard swing at her long-time home in Bakerstown. She hosted countless family, friends, neighbors and her card club there.

Family will welcome friends Sunday, 1-7 p.m., at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown, PA 15007. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, at 10 a.m., in Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, St. Victor Church, Bairdford, PA, with her favorite priest, Father Brendan Dawson., celebrant.

The family wishes to extend a very special thank you to all the people at The Villages of Harmar, both staff and residents, for their care and friendship over the past few years. The family also extends a very heartfelt thank you to Bridges Hospice, for their endless care and compassion over the past few days.
