JEAN SOERGEL
Jean Soergel, age 92, of Franklin Park, on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Warren A. Soergel; loving mother of Linda Voll (Larry), Richard Soergel (Mary Kay), Reed Soergel (Danetta), and Randy Soergel (Beth); sister of the late Earl Krapp. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Family will welcome friends on Saturday from 2-8 pm at SCHELLHAAS AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1600 Stone Mansion Drive, Franklin Park, PA 15143. Service will be held at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2500 Brandt School Rd., Wexford, PA 15090, on Sunday at 12 noon. Jean was a city girl from Millvale, who was not a fan of farming. However, she ended up being the matriarch of Soergel Orchards. She was loved by all who knew her. Her main love was her family. In lieu of flowers, spend time enjoying your family. I will remember Aunt Jean as a kind person with a ready smile; a solid member of her community and her church, she was the center of her family and I never met anyone who had anything but admiration for her. She will be missed.

So sad to see this marvelous woman has passed, but rejoicing for her great rewards in heaven! Linda, Randy, Reed, Richard, & all of you Soergel kids & grandkids, I REALLY liked your Mom, grandmother, & great grandmother! She was a doll! I always enjoyed talking to her whenever I visited the house. She was quite an amazing woman! And what an awesome legacy she & Warren built for all the generations of Soergels! How inspiring! I will forever hold close in memories many wonderful times with Mrs. Soergel - making candy apples, overseeing all operations from the office, swimming in the pool, laughing with Mr. Soergel and many other moments. To Beth and Randy, Greg and I extend our sincere condolences to you and your family over the loss of your dear mother-in-law and mother.
