Grandfather of Dante, Marcus, Charlotte, and Valerie.
Son of the late Leo A. and Marie G. Bowser Arend.
Brother of Phyllis Chism (Bob) and the late Denise Clo.
Best friend of Charles Bernard "CB"
Jeffrey was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed fishing and hunting, trains, and watching Dante play basketball. He was also a long-term employee of the Port Authority Transit and the Shaler Township Water Department.
Visitation Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 2-8 PM at NEELY FUNERAL HOME, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, PA 15116. Funeral Service Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 11 AM at Neely Funeral Home.
