MILES

JEROME MICHAEL

Age 64, of Gibsonia, PA, sadly passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025. Jerry, to his family and friends, was born on November 10, 1960, in Pittsburgh, PA, to Virginia and the late Richard Miles. He is survived by his most loving wife of 41 years, Christine Stephans Miles; his loving son, Joshua Miles (Tara); and daughter, Brittany Heiskell (Jeffrey). He was lovingly known as Super-Pap to his four beautiful grandchildren, Maxwell Heiskell, Oscar Heiskell, Molly Miles and Caroline Miles, whom he enjoyed spending time with. Jerry is also survived by his brothers, Richard Miles, Joseph Miles (Beatriz); and sister, Kathleen Limauro (David); along with the entire Stephans family and many nieces and nephews, all who loved him dearly.

Jerry was a graduate of Churchill Area High School and completed his studies at Penn State University. He began working at the age of 15 for his family's business, the A.G. Mauro Company, where he ultimately served as President and continued his career for 49 years.

Jerry enjoyed traveling and vacationing with his family. Outside of his family and friends, Jerry's greatest passion was the game of golf, which he enjoyed around the globe and played regularly as a member of Olde Stonewall Golf Club. He was a very talented golfer and will be remembered for being a six-time champion for the annual 2-Man Match Play tournament as well as achieving 4 holes-in-one. Jerry was also an avid fan of his Penn State Nittany Lions, the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins. He was a humble and gracious man grateful for the many blessings in his life and always eager to share them with others. He willingly opened up his heart and home to many people throughout his life. Jerry will be genuinely missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday, from 2-8 p.m., at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME in Bakerstown, PA. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, at 10 a.m., in St. Richard Church, Sts. Martha and Mary Parish. Interment will follow in Holy Savior Catholic Cemetery.
