SIEBER
JOAN (HEPPENSTALL)
Age 95, of O'Hara Twp., passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Joan was born in Pittsburgh and was the daughter of the late Sam and Marion (Dickson) Heppenstall, sister of the late Nancy H. Kennedy, and beloved wife of the late John R. Sieber. She was the loving mother of Cindy Simons, Susan McGinley, John Sieber, Jr. (Kate), Jeffrey Sieber (Lisa) and Sam Sieber; also 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Joan graduated from Winchester-Thurston and attended Smith College and Penn State University. She was a member of the Junior League of Pittsburgh and served on the Women's Board of the Kingsley Association. Her grace and faith will remain eternal.
No Visitation. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 12 Noon at the Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church, 384 Fox Chapel Rd. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions to Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church or the Cooper-Siegel Community Library.
