JOHN

Age 94, of Kennedy Twp., passed away peacefully in his home on January 8, 2026. He is survived by his loving wife of 75 years, Jean (Garofalo) Gasparovich; their children, Sandra Jean, John, Jr. (Lori), Kenneth (Cheryl), David Michael, Sr. (Kimberly), and Richard Alan Gasparovich; known as Pappy to his grandchildren, Lindsay Nichole, David Michael, Jr. (May), John III, Franco Geovanni, Cole Joseph, and Alaina Jean; and his great-grandchildren, Jaxon David, Olivia Helen, Brooks Michael, and Tristan James Gasparovich; along with many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Katherine (Urichich) Gasparovich; his siblings, Mark (Lillian) Gasparovich, Mildred (Stephen) Celich, Ann (Anthony) Castelucci, and Helen Spishak; and his beloved grandson, Vincent Joseph Gasparovich. John passed on what would have been our beloved Vinny's 34th birthday. Big John fought hard until the end. True Grit!

Per his request, there will be no viewing. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
