JOHN P. "JACK"

On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, John "Jack" Kennedy of Center Twp., formerly of Bellevue, passed away. Born January 5, 1945. Loving husband of 57 years to Carol Bergman Kennedy; son of the late Williard and Edith Kennedy; father of John "Mickey" Kennedy (Kimberly), Victoria Kennedy, and Kelley Gavlik (Mike); Pap Pap to Alexis, Riley, Gaige, Chelsi, Scott, Amanda, Hannah, Patrick, Katiemae, Ethan, Andrew and Jack; Great Pap to Conner and Cedar; brother of Judy Siebert (Ken), Deborah Lasch (Gary), and the late Edward Kennedy and late Sandy Motonis (late Frank). John proudly served his country in the United States Navy and is a Vietnam War veteran. Always a hard worker from his days as a newspaper boy delivering the morning paper on the buses and streetcars along Lincoln Avenue during the morning rush hour, to his business adventures in the insulation field and F.A.S.T. Telephone services, to his last adventure working security for Allied Universal at the Emergency Rooms of AHN at Federal Street and Wexford. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the LAWRENCE T. MILLER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 460 Lincoln Avenue, Bellevue, PA 15202, followed by a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. Interment Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
