JOHN S.
John S. Adams, age 85, of Sun City, AZ, died on September 2, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Hope Kimpel Adams, also of Sun City, AZ.
John is survived by his twin brother, Gene Adams of West Mifflin; sister-in-law, Darlen Adams of West Mifflin; and sister, MaryAnne Gentile of Melbourne Beach, FL. John's parents, John and Anna Adams of West Mifflin, preceded him.
John graduated from Munhall High School in 1957. He graduated from California State Teachers College in California, PA, with a Bachelor's Degree.
John and Hope married in 1965 and moved to AZ in 1966 to escape the snow. John attended Northern Arizona University and earned a Master of Vocational Education. John taught Industrial arts and mathematics in the Alhambra Elementary School district until retirement in 1995.
John served in the Army Reserve.
Burial will be at the National Memorial Cemetery in AZ.
