JOHN THOMAS "JOHNNY"
Age 58, of Pittsburgh, PA, and also of Atlanta, GA, passed away peacefully Monday, July 20, 2026. Beloved son of John Thomas (Mary) Walker III, and Janet R. (the late Ronald) Minnie; brother of Joetta R. (the late Carlos) Walker, Janissa Macon, and Tamika R. Vasquez (Olgita); stepbrother of Ronald A. Minnie, Jr., Zenobia Minnie, and Kenya Belle Minnie; uncle of Amanda R. Kennedy (Jesse), Ryan A. Branch (Jocelyn), Shani R. Macon, Isaiah M. Macon, and Lucas Novoa. Also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews; and his best friend, Rob Novoa. John was a 1985 Fox Chapel High School and a 1989 Penn State graduate. He was very kind and polite and was well-liked by all that met him. He enjoyed skiing, golfing, and basketball. John cared deeply for his family and loved his dog India.

Service and interment are private. Arrangements by WILLIAM F. GROSS FUNERAL HOME, LTD.
