John W. Head, age 88, of Carnegie, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Husband of the late Patricia A. (Spiczenski) Head. Father of Alec (Tracy) Head and Ian (Michelle) Head. Six grandchildren. Son of the late Franklin and Anna Head. Brother of the late Dorothy, Mary and Jim. John was a veteran during the Vietnam era serving in the US Army, and then went on to be a full-time professor at Clarion University, teaching Library Science. No Visitation. Service Private.
