JOSEPH MILTON

Joseph Milton Snell of Ruckersville, Virginia, passed away on November 17, 2025. He was born in Huntersville, North Carolina, on February 2, 2009. He is survived by his mother, Nichole D. Snell (Deliman); younger brother, Carson A. McKee; and father, Jeremy H. Snell.

He was a high school student in Greene County School District, attending both Ivy Creek and Piedmont Virginia Community College. Joseph was intelligent beyond his years and passionate about computer coding. His favorite hobby was joining his friends to play Minecraft online. Joseph enjoyed swimming, fishing, RC cars, exploring historical sites, camping, caverns, hiking trails, and being outdoors. His very favorite place to be in the summer was at the beach.

Joseph had a great sense of humor. He was an incredibly kind-hearted person who was always willing to lend a hand. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents: Ellen Corbett (Dineen), Tom Corbett, and George "Del" Deliman; his paternal great-grandparents: Mary Snell (Ambrose) & Milton Snell; paternal grandmother: Avis Lyn Mick; and many great-aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his maternal family: Eileen Deliman (great-grandma), Mike Deliman (grandpa), Betsy & Bill Billinger (grandparents), Michael Fuhr (uncle), Christoper Fuhr & Abraham Sosa (uncles), Savhannah & Bradley Tambellini (aunt and uncle); his paternal family: James Mick (uncle), Keith Mick (uncle), great-aunts and uncles, as well as many cousins. Joseph is loved and missed by all of them.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Decades Arcade (on the downtown mall), in Charlottesville, VA, from 6-8 p.m., on February 2, 2026. Sky lanterns will be lit and released in his memory at 7:00 p.m.

Additionally, a Celebration of Life will be held in Cranberry Township, PA, at Fun Fore All, from 5-8 p.m., on January 31, 2026. Sky lanterns will be lit and released in his memory at 7:00 p.m.
