JUDITH ANN SIWIK

Judith Ann Siwik Winkowski, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2025, just three days shy of her 83rd birthday. Born on October 29, 1942, in Pittsburgh, Judith spent her entire life surrounded by the people and city she loved.

On October 24, 1964, Judith married the love of her life, Elmer "Duke" Winkowski. Together, they recently celebrated an incredible 61 years of marriage, a lifelong partnership filled with laughter, love, and devotion.

Judith was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She found great joy in cheering on her beloved Pittsburgh Penguins and spending time at the casino alongside Duke, sharing countless memories and moments of fun together.

She is survived by her three loving children, Jolene (Rege) Lawrence, Diane (John) Schlegel, and Jason (Jen) Winkowski. Judith was the proud grandmother of nine grandchildren, Matthew (Jenna), Courtney (Tyler), Nicole, Ashlee, Jordan, Justin, Joshua, Zachary, and Jessica; and the adoring great-grandmother of Isaac, Charlotte, and Isabella.

Judith was preceded in death by her sister, Roberta Young; her brother, Thomas Siwik; and her sister-in-law, Lorraine Filip.

Those who knew Judy will remember her as a woman with a kind and generous heart who always put the needs of others before her own. Her quiet strength, compassion, and unconditional love were the foundation of her family and the gift she gave to all who knew her.

Family and friends will be received at JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236 on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00- 9:00 p.m. A memorial service for close family and friends will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the funeral home's chapel.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bridges Hospice in Monroeville, PA, in Judith's memory.
