KRYSA
JUDITH ARLENE
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Judith Arlene Krysa, age 55, on February 16, 2025, of Gibsonia. Judith, known to all who loved her as Judi, was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was the beloved wife and partner of Sean Mulzet for 25 beautiful years; and a proud mother to Jakob Mulzet and Katherine Mulzet, who were the light of her life.
Beloved daughter of Anton H. and Mary E. (Ganster) Krysa; and sister to Eve and Matthew (Angie) Krysa. Judi had a brave and vibrant personality. Known for her authenticity, directness and impressive confidence, she never hesitated to speak up. Beneath her bold exterior, Judi possessed warmth and beauty that could light up any room.
Judi's devotion to her family knew no bounds. She fiercely advocated for her children, always putting them first in every aspect of her life. Judi's heart swelled with pride when Jakob landed his first job and earned his driver's license, a testament to her strength and unwavering support. Her love for Jake, especially after fighting through the struggles of the NICU, was immeasurable. Judi shared an inseparable bond with Kate, offering her guidance and wisdom as she navigated the journey of growing up. She was an ever-present figure at Kate's basketball games and track meets, sharing in her joy and accomplishments.
Outside of her family, Judi was a friend who knew how to make every moment count. She was fiercely loyal, fun-loving and always ready for a good time, whether it was a girls' night out or a weekend getaway with friends.
Judi was also known for her exceptional work ethic and dedication as a professional. Whether advocating for her clients or ensuring everything was done with efficiency and care, she was someone who got the job done.
Judi loved the simple pleasures of life - music, reading, traveling, biking, sunshine and endless blue skies at the beach or relaxing poolside. She cherished family trips to the farm in Ohio, adventures to Florida with family and friends and lively evenings spent with loved ones.
Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Judi leaves behind a legacy of love, passion, loyalty and a reminder to live life to its fullest. Her memory will forever be cherished by her family, friends and everyone, whose life was touched by her unwavering love and friendship.
Judi, you were a beacon of strength, love and joy - and we will carry your light with us always.
A Celebration of Judi's life will be held at St. Alphonsus Church on February 27 at 11 a.m. All who knew and loved her are invited to join in honoring her memory.
