San Antonio - Judith "Judy" Hoffman, 82, of San Antonio, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2025. Born July 9, 1943, she was the devoted wife of the late Alan Hoffman. Alan and Judy were blessed with two children, daughter Bonnie Miller, partner Joshua Adnson, and son Karl Hoffman, wife Debra Hoffman. She was the cherished "Gawby" to four grandchildren: Shelbi and Abbi Miller, and Nathan and Bryce Hoffman.
A graduate of Slippery Rock State College, Judy spent more than 30 years as a teacher at Stevenson Middle School, where she inspired countless students and formed lifelong friendships. She loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, animals, and supporting her grandchildren in all their activities.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents Gerald and Ruth Bodine, and sister Bonnie Bodine.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the San Antonio Humane Society. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
