Kathleen M. "Kathy" Giorgianni, age 84, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Dominic J. Giorgianni. Loving mother of Dominic M. Giorgianni and Diane M. (Mike) Singleton. Cherished Mimi of Nicole (Christian) Stout, Jack Singleton, Dominic R. Giorgianni and Gianna M. Giorgianni. Beloved sister of the late Joseph (Carol) Eyerman. Loving aunt of Dena (Rod) Fletcher, Rocci Giorgianni, Andrea (George) Miketa, Jimmy (Staci) Eyerman and Shelly Eyerman. Kathy loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her four grandchildren. She also enjoyed going to the Casino and lunch with her friends. Kathy was everyone's favorite person, but her favorite people were her family members who she loved to see around her table together. Family and friends welcome on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 2-8 p.m. at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, (412-563-2800) 1650 Greentree Rd. 15220. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish, St. Pius X Church. Burial to follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to UPMC Children's Hospital.
