KEVIN FRANCIS

Kevin Francis Coen, age 69, of Allison Park, PA, was born March 4, 1957, in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh, to James and Leona Mae (Gallagher) Coen.

Kevin passed peacefully the evening of July 6, 2026, with his wife holding his hand.

A proud American, Kevin served 3 years active duty in the United States Army and 20 years as a reservist. He retired in 2010 with the rank of Sergeant. He worked as a Post Office delivery man until his retirement in 2024. Kevin occasionally helped at his brother's store, Yinzers, in the Strip.

A loving husband, the proudest father and the best "Pappy," Kevin is survived by his wife Suzanne (Murray) Coen, daughters Jessica Futrell and Kimberly Mitchell and granddaughters Makenna, Cora and Lillie. As well as many nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by brothers Martin and James Coen. He is going to meet his deceased brothers Joseph, John and William.

Friends will be received Thursday 2-8 p.m. at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES., LTD., 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, 10 a.m.in St. Victor Church, Our Lady of the Lakes Parish. Interment will follow in Transfiguration Cemetery.
